At Deeter Construction
I Still Answer My Own Phone
I've spent my whole working life on job sites. I started right out of high school at the bottom, and learned the trade the slow way, by doing the work myself, one job at a time.
I started Deeter Construction in 2010 with two people and a frustration I couldn't shake. The NWA construction industry had a people problem. Not a skills problem. A communication problem. A showing-up-when-you-say-you-will problem.
I'd seen too many people get burned. Budgets that meant nothing. Contractors who disappeared mid-job. I knew I could build things well but what I wanted to prove was that you could build things well and treat people right at the same time.
Sixteen years later, most of our work comes from referrals. Not marketing. That's the only metric I've ever cared about.
At Deeter, every project has a person behind it. Someone who knows your job, knows your timeline, and knows how to reach you before you have to reach them. I stay close to every job we take on, and my door is always open.
That's not a sales pitch. It's just how I was raised to work.

What Working With Us Looks Like
You'll always have a name and a number.
Every residential and commercial project at Deeter Construction has a dedicated point of contact. You'll know who to call, they'll pick up, and you'll never be passed around looking for an answer.
You'll never find out about a problem too late.
We can't promise a job without surprises. We can promise your general contractor won't be one of them. If something comes up on your job, you'll hear it from us first, not after it's gotten worse.
You'll get what
was quoted.
No quietly ballooning budgets on your home renovation or commercial build. No surprise line items after the fact. Change orders are explained before you sign them, not after.
You'll always know where things stand.
From the first planning meeting to the final walkthrough, our Northwest Arkansas construction team provides clear timelines, regular updates, and communication before you have to ask. You hired a general contractor so you don't have to manage one.
You'll be proud
of how it was built.
Not just how your custom home or commercial space looks on day one — but what's inside the walls, how it was planned, and whether it holds up in ten years. That's the standard every Deeter project is built to.
You'll refer us
to your friends.
Most of our residential and commercial construction work across Northwest Arkansas comes from people who've worked with us before — or someone who told them to call us. That's the only reputation that matters to us.
