What Separates Deeter Construction from other GCs

  • Bella Vista to Fayetteville and everywhere in between. If it's in NWA, we've probably built something there. Bentonville, Rogers, Centerton, Cave Springs, Lowell, Springdale - we know these communities because we live and work in them.

  • Fully licensed and insured and we can prove it. No awkward silences when you ask.

  • Most custom homes take around 12 months from breaking ground to handing over the keys,  though scope, selections, backorders and the occasional Arkansas weather can influence that timeline. We'll give you a realistic estimate upfront, not a number we have to walk back later.

  • All of it. You don't need to become an expert in Arkansas building codes, that's what we're here for.

  • Absolutely and we love a good collaboration. If you haven't found one yet, we're happy to point you toward some of the best architects and interior designers in Northwest Arkansas. We know who does great work.

  • We do and we'll be straight with you about what we find. Some lots are a dream. Some are a money pit in disguise. After 15 years of building across Northwest Arkansas, we know the difference.

  • If your project involves multiple trades like framing, electrical, plumbing, finishes, you need a general contractor to manage the whole thing. If it's a single focused job like installing a new HVAC system, a specialty contractor might be all you need. Not sure? Call us anyway and we'll tell you honestly.

  • Every project is backed by a one-year warranty. We're not the kind of contractor who ghosts you after the final walkthrough.

  • Your project, your site. You're always welcome. That said, a quick heads up to your project manager goes a long way. Some days are better than others for a visit, concrete pour day, for example, is not the moment to drop by with questions.

  • It's one of our specialties. From concept to certificate of occupancy, we've delivered ground-up commercial builds across Northwest Arkansas. Check out our commercial portfolio to see what that looks like in practice.

  • You know that empty vanilla box of a commercial space that looks like absolutely nothing? A tenant finish-out turns it into something. We come in, build it out to your specifications, and hand you back a space that's ready for business. We've done it for fitness studios, restaurants, medical spas, retail stores, coffee shops and more.

  • Absolutely, but not just anyone with a truck and a tool belt. Our subcontractors are true craftsmen who've earned their spot on our crew. Our framing team has been with us since we opened in 2010, and our concrete and roofing crews since 2011. Even our newest subcontractor has been with us for over four years. We know their work, trust their standards, and only build alongside people who care about the details as much as we do.

  • That good work takes time and occasionally, Mother Nature and supply chains have other plans. Hiccups happen. Weather delays, material backorders, and the occasional scheduling shuffle are just part of the construction process. We can't control everything, but we can keep you informed every step of the way so nothing catches you off guard.

  • We do everything in our power to keep your project on budget. That said, home remodeling and new construction come with variables no one can fully predict. Between permits, financing timelines, fluctuating material costs, and the occasional unforeseen challenge hiding behind a wall, we recommend building in a 10–15% contingency from the start. What we can always promise is complete transparency. If something shifts, you'll hear it from us directly and promptly, never after the fact.

  • We're not a massive operation and that's by design. Unlike some larger and older general contractors in Northwest Arkansas, we have the flexibility to be genuinely easy to work with and the bandwidth to invest in real relationships. Every client gets our full attention. You're not just another job on the board, you're someone we're building trust with, one home or commercial project at a time.

  • Most of our custom homes in Northwest Arkansas land between $285 and $400 per square foot, depending on finishes, lot conditions, and how ambitious you're feeling. We won't quote you a lowball number to win the job and surprise you later. We'd rather give you a realistic range upfront and build a budget you can actually trust. Want a real number for your project? That starts with a conversation.

  • We work on a draw schedule tied to project milestones — you pay as the work gets done, not all upfront. We'll walk you through the full payment structure before you sign anything, so there are no surprises and no fine print to decode. If a contractor asks for a huge chunk of money before breaking ground, that's a red flag. We're not that contractor.

  • Ask if they're licensed and insured, how long their subcontractors have been with them, who your day-to-day contact will be, how they handle changes and delays, and what their warranty covers. Then ask for addresses of past projects — not just photos. Here's the thing: we want you to ask us these questions. Contractors who get cagey when you ask for proof are telling you something.
